About the Role:
We are looking for German-speaking professionals based in Turkey to join our growing remote customer support team. You will assist customers via chat, email, or phone, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support in German (written and verbal).
Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and follow up with customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude while working remotely.
Requirements:
Fluent in German (C1 level or higher).
Currently residing in Turkey with valid work eligibility.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Experience in customer support is a plus.
